It must be provided at least one reference of the character(s) to be drawn. Otherwise an additional invoice of +10usd will be sent for character design services (Custom characters).

There's chance to ask for a refund only until I finish the sketch, after this, they're not available.

Each extra character means an extra charge of +40%.

Pieces will be provided in PNG uncompressed files. If you desire this file to be sent to your email, just let me know.

TAT (Turnaround Time) for commissions is less than 10 days. They exceed this time only due rare and specific cases.

My art is for non-commercial use. Even if you own the character, if you're planning to use my commissions for merchandising, it must be discussed with me first.

Do not trace, recolor or post my art and claim it as yours; do not erase my WIP watermarks and my final signature as well. I put a lot of effort and love on all of my pieces, so please avoid it.

I always ask permission to post commissions in my social media with proper owner crediting. If you're not comfortable with this just let me know when I ask and i'll respect your decision.

Currency accepted is USD through Paypal®. Other payment methods as Cryptocurrency can be discussed.

For regular commissions, full payment is upfront. Commissions over 150usd can be divided in 50% upfront and 50% at half of the commission.

Provide a great service and my customers satisfaction will be always my priority! I will attend you with the most respect possible and I will ensure to fulfill all your expectations.

Customers have the right to request the commission progress anytime. Color and design changes are completely allowed for free. It doesn't matter how small it is, if I make a mistake or is there something that you're not comfortable with, don't hesitate on telling me.
